Achievements

-Executing Phase I and II of the Rehabilitation Project;

-Executing the Pilot Irrigation Improvement Project for 130,000 feddans;

-Rehabilitation of Al-Lahoon regulator, El-Giza canal head regulator and Hassan Wasef canal head regulator;

-Establishing the Water Users Association;

-Establishing the Water Guidance Department;

Future Plans

- Completion of Pilot Irrigation Improvement Project for 190,000 feddans;

-Irrigation Improvement Project for 248,000 feddans in El-Beheira and Kafr El-Sheikh Governorates;

-Irrigation Improvement Project for 1,395,000 feddans in North Delta;

-Irrigation Improvement Project for 857,000 feddans in East and Middle Delta;

-Irrigation Improvement Project for 600,000 feddans in Upper Egypt;

- Rehabilitation of Al-Rahebeen regulator.
