executing all the new hydraulic projects on main water
channels;
- Monitoring and
maintaining all the water structures.

- Construction of
new Esna Barrages and a power project;
- Construction of
Naga Hammadi navigation lock;
- Construction of
Damietta dam, spillway and navigation lock;
- Rehabilitation of
Shubrabus regulator;
- Executing Wadi
El-Rayan Project;
- Construction of
new Naga Hammadi barrage and the Power Generation Project.
Future Plans
- Rehabilitation of
Rayah El-Menoufy head regulator;
- Rehabilitation of
Rayah El-Taufiki head regulator and the power project;
- Rehabilitation of
Rayah El-Abbassy head regulator;
- Construction of
additional navigation lock in Esna;
- Conducting a
feasibility study of Assiut barrages;
- Improvement of
Delta Barrages;
- Rehabilitation of
Bahr Youssef group regulators.
