This Final Report of the nwrp project provides a brief overview of the project activities and project achievements, as well as administrative details on budgets, expenditure, procurements and staffing.

Chapter 2 describes the project approach, including the activities during the various phases of the project. In Chapter 3 the achievements of the project are summarized. The project staffing is listed in Chapter 4 and the budget and expenditure in Chapter 5. Details on short missions by expatriate consultants, on project reports and on procurements are provided in the Annexes.
