Table 6 provides an overview of the project budgets. The original budget for the 4-years project (1 October 1998 – 30 September 2002) was nlg 8,440,000 (eur 3,829,905). By an Addendum to the Commission Contract dated February 15, 2002, the project was extended to April 1, 2003, with a corresponding budget increase to nlg 10,180,800 (eur 4,619,846). Subsequently the project was four times extended in a budget-neutral way, ultimately until March 31, 2005. At each extension the breakdown of the budget was adapted according to the needs. In Table 7 an overview is given of the yearly and total project expenses. Annex C provides an inventory of project procurements.
