A productive meeting was held today, convened and chaired by Eng. Walid Hakiki, Head of the Strategic Management Sector, with the full participation of the RESWATER project team

 

The session served as a comprehensive review of the project’s current status and the progress achieved against key milestones. A significant portion of the discussion was dedicated to planning the preparation of the first-semester narrative report

Furthermore, the team coordinated the collection of all required data and deliverables from both lead and implementing partners. This coordination is essential to ensure all contributions are consolidated and submitted within the permissible timeframe

These preparations are critical for the upcoming workshop, scheduled for the first days of April. The workshop will present and discuss the project’s activities and outputs with a key group of stakeholders, including experts from the Ministry of Housing (The Holding Company for Drinking Water), the National Water Research Center, academic partners from universities, and representatives from the implementation site neighborhood

عُقد اليوم اجتماع مثمر بدعوة ورئاسة المهندس وليد حقيقى، رئيس قطاع الادارة الاستراتيجية، وبمشاركة كاملة من فريق مشروع RESWATER.

 

وقد شكّل الاجتماع مراجعة شاملة للوضع الحالي للمشروع ومدى التقدم المحرز في تحقيق المراحل الرئيسية المستهدفة.

كما خُصص جزء كبير من المناقشات للتخطيط لإعداد التقرير السردي للنصف الأول من العام.

بالإضافة إلى ذلك، قام الفريق بالتنسيق لجمع كافة البيانات والمخرجات المطلوبة من الشريك الرئيسي وشركاء التنفيذ، وذلك لضمان تجميع جميع المساهمات وتقديمها خلال الإطار الزمني المسموح به.

وتُعد هذه الاستعدادات ذات أهمية كبيرة للتحضير لورشة العمل القادمة، والمقرر عقدها خلال الأيام الأولى من شهر أبريل، والتي سيتم خلالها عرض ومناقشة أنشطة المشروع ومخرجاته مع مجموعة رئيسية من أصحاب المصلحة، من بينهم خبراء من وزارة الإسكان (الشركة القابضة لمياه الشرب)، والمركز القومي لبحوث المياه، وشركاء أكاديميون من الجامعات، بالإضافة إلى ممثلين عن المجتمع المحلي .
