The Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation (MWRI), the Egyptian partner of the RESWATER project (Non-Conventional Water Resources for Resilient Urban Water Management), funded under the Interreg NEXT MED Programme 2021–2027, invites qualified consulting firms, consortia, and eligible research institutions to submit technical and financial proposals for the provision of consultancy services for the Rainwater and Flash Flood Harvesting Study in Fouka Area, Matrouh Governorate, Egypt
The consultancy assignment aims to support the design of an integrated pilot rainwater harvesting system that enhances water security and climate resilience in Egypt’s northwestern coastal region. The selected consultant will undertake a comprehensive study covering data collection and GIS analysis, field investigations, hydrological and hydraulic modelling, socio-economic assessment, engineering design, preparation of tender documents, development of an upscaling strategy, and establishment of a monitoring and evaluation framework
The consultancy contract will be implemented over a period of 120 calendar days from the date of contract signature. The estimated maximum budget for the assignment is EGP 900,000 (including VAT)
Interested applicants should demonstrate proven experience in rainwater harvesting, hydrological and hydraulic modelling, GIS and remote sensing, hydraulic structure design, and similar nationally or internationally funded projects

تعلن وزارة الموارد المائية والري، الشريك المصري في مشروع RESWATER (الموارد المائية غير التقليدية من أجل إدارة حضرية مرنة للمياه) والممول في إطار برنامج Interreg NEXT MED 2021–2027، عن فتح باب التقدم لتلقي العطاءات من المكاتب الاستشارية والائتلافات والجهات البحثية المؤهلة لتنفيذ خدمات استشارية لإعداد دراسة لحصاد مياه الأمطار والسيول بمنطقة فوكة بمحافظة مطروح.
تهدف هذه المهمة الاستشارية إلى إعداد دراسة متكاملة وتصميم نظام تجريبي لحصاد مياه الأمطار والسيول بما يسهم في تعزيز الأمن المائي ورفع القدرة على التكيف مع تغير المناخ في الساحل الشمالي الغربي. وتشمل أعمال الاستشاري جمع وتحليل البيانات، وتحليل نظم المعلومات الجغرافية، والرفع والمسح الميداني، والنمذجة الهيدرولوجية والهيدروليكية، والدراسات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، وإعداد التصميمات الهندسية ومستندات الطرح، ووضع استراتيجية للتوسع المستقبلي، بالإضافة إلى إعداد منظومة للرصد والمتابعة والتقييم.
تبلغ مدة تنفيذ العقد 120 يومًا تقويميًا من تاريخ توقيع العقد، بينما يبلغ الحد الأقصى لقيمة العقد 900,000 جنيه مصري شامل ضريبة القيمة المضافة.
يشترط في المتقدمين امتلاك خبرة مثبتة في مجال حصاد مياه الأمطار والسيول، والنمذجة الهيدرولوجية والهيدروليكية، وتطبيقات نظم المعلومات الجغرافية والاستشعار عن بعد، وتصميم المنشآت المائية، مع أفضلية للخبرات السابقة في المشروعات الممولة محليًا أو دوليًا.
