The Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation (MWRI) invites qualified professionals to apply for the position of Senior National Technical Expert and Pilot Site Coordinator under the EU-funded RESWATER Project
The selected Expert will provide technical support to ensure the scientific rigor, local applicability, and policy relevance of the rainwater harvesting pilot site in Fouka, Matrouh Governorate, including technical coordination, monitoring, data analysis, and support to the integration of pilot results into water management and policy recommendations

Key Requirements
I- PhD in Agricultural Sciences, Water Resources, or a closely related field
II-10–15 years of relevant professional experience in water resources management, rainwater harvesting/NCWR, pilot projects and monitoring
III-Proven experience in EU-funded or international cooperation projects
IIII-Experience in technical and project coordination
IIIII-Excellent Arabic and English communication skills
IIIIII-Good knowledge of the Egyptian water sector and relevant technical/reporting tools
Contract
I-Part-time consultancy
II-12 months, renewable subject to project needs, performance and availability of funds
III-Maximum 75 working days per year
IIII-Duty station: MWRI, New Administrative Capital, Egypt

تعلن وزارة الموارد المائية والري عن فتح باب التقدم لشغل وظيفة خبير فني وطني أول ومنسق للموقع التجريبي ضمن مشروع RESWATER الممول من الاتحاد الأوروبي في إطار برنامج Interreg NEXT MED.
يتولى الخبير تقديم الدعم الفني للموقع التجريبي لضمان الدقة العلمية والقابلية للتطبيق المحلي والملاءمة السياسية لحصاد مياه الأمطار بمنطقة فوكة بمحافظة مطروح، بما يشمل التنسيق الفني، وأعمال الرصد وتحليل البيانات، والمساهمة في الاستفادة من نتائج الموقع التجريبي في تطوير خطط وسياسات إدارة المياه.
سيقدم الخبير المختار الدعم الفني لموقع حصاد مياه الأمطار التجريبي في فوكة بمحافظة مطروح، بما في ذلك التنسيق الفني والمراقبة وتحليل البيانات ودعم دمج نتائج الموقع التجريبي في إدارة المياه والتوصيات السياسية، بالإضافة إلى تضمين نتائج الموقع التجريبي في خطط إدارة المياه الحضرية (UWMP) الوطنية والإقليمية وعمليات بناء القدرات.
المتطلبات الأساسية
-
درجة الدكتوراه في العلوم الزراعية أو الموارد المائية أو مجال ذي صلة.

خبرة مهنية 10–15 عاماً في إدارة الموارد المائية وحصاد مياه الأمطار/الموارد المائية غير التقليدية والمشروعات التجريبية وأعمال الرصد.
-
خبرة مثبتة في المشروعات الممولة من الاتحاد الأوروبي أو مشروعات التعاون الدولي.
-
خبرة في التنسيق الفني وإدارة المشروعات.
-
إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
-
معرفة جيدة بقطاع المياه في مصر وأدوات العمل والتقارير الفنية ذات الصلة.
شروط التعاقد
-
العمل بنظام الاستشارات بدوام جزئي.
-
مدة التعاقد 12 شهراً قابلة للتجديد وفقاً لاحتياجات المشروع والأداء وتوافر التمويل.
-
بحد أقصى 75 يوم عمل سنوياً.
-
مقر العمل: وزارة الموارد المائية والري – العاصمة الجديدة.
