RESWATER – Call for the Selection of a Project Financial Manager in Egypt

The Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation (MWRI), the Egyptian partner of the RESWATER project (Non-Conventional Water Resources for Resilient Urban Water Management), funded under the Interreg NEXT MED Programme, invites qualified financial experts to submit their proposals for the position of Project Financial Manager
The selected Financial Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive financial management of the project, including disbursement planning, budget monitoring, preparation of periodic financial reports via the JEMS system, and management of the project’s “Special Account.” Furthermore, the expert will provide on-the-job training to the Project Management Unit (PMU) staff to ensure compliance with EU rules and national administrative procedures
This call aims to ensure robust and transparent financial oversight for the implementation of the RESWATER project in Egypt. Interested candidates must demonstrate relevant professional qualifications and proven experience in managing finances for EU-funded or internationally funded projects.
The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) outline the scope of work, eligibility criteria, and submission requirements. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with these Terms of Reference by the stated deadline
